Proteinuria: You have proteinuria (p) and the first thing is to have a 24 hour urine collection to see the amount of protein in your urine and to assess your kidney function. Have a renal ultrasound to assess kidneys' size
depending on the p, i would send off blood for aso, anca 2, complement C3 and c4, hiv, hepatitis b antibody to see if a cause could be found for the p, if not a kidney biopsy may be needed.

Urine creatinine: No  -  if this was a 24 hour level   - expect 14-26 mg per kg for a male  fo that would be on the low side.     if it was a "spot" urine  -   its going to be off due to the dehydration from running.      I would repeat it if needed when you haven't run and are hydrated.

Follow up: This may be anything from genetics to a "natural remedy" you are taking that is causing mild cholestasis. Your physician knows how to follow up. Microablumin: Microalbumin is albumin proteins that leak into the urine from the glomerulus of the kidney.  Associated with endothelial dysfunction and can be an early sign of atheroscerosis.  Diabtetics are prone to makeing microalbumin.  A benign cause can be acitivity in a younger person.

Tell kidney function: Single urine specimens can be tested for creatinine. But daily urine output and urinary concentration varies hence a 24 hr urine collection. Normal creatinine output for an adult should be >1gm/24 hours. Also getting blood creatinine provides optimal way to accurately determine creatine clearance which in turn is a most accurate way to measure kidney function.
