A child with a fever: Needs to be seen at the doctors' office.  If the fever persists, or if your child is lethargic then this can be an urgent problem. If your child is not lethargic and is eating then you can wait and see in the morning.

A viral infection should not last that long. If he/she gets bacterial infections, he/she usually looks sick, has colored phlegm and would need antibiotics. A 2 years old can develop allergies to the environment and presents similar way.

Yes.: Barking cough is typicaly associated with a viral illness called "croup". If he is making noise when taking in a breath it is called stridor. If the stridor occurs even while breathing calmly it is a medical emergency for which he should be seen right away in an er. If on the other hand the stridor occurs only when he cries or breaths fast, it may be seen at your pediatricians office asap.

Nasal noise: The nose & upper airway of small kids is a bit rubbery & vibrates when additional air is moving through with a cough or deep breath.This can produce lots of odd sounds/squeaks. The inner membranes of the nose can swell & constrict the nasal passages increasing the  noise & vibrations.A kids general play activity is a good gauge of how sick they are, so this sounds minor.

AURI: Ordinary  auri  is a viral sickness usually self limited unless with bacterial complication. Diminished urine output is dehydration or lack of fluid intake. If accompanied with loss of appetite child is really sick and needs to see a doctor.

Saline nose drops: At her age, cold medications are not recommended. If she develops a fever, you can give acetaminophen. Otherwise saline nose drops and suctioning (if she’ll allow it) and drinking plenty of fluids would be what I recommend. If she is not improving, please have her see her doctor.
