head and neck pain, difficult to awaken
becomes difficult to console, not
 walking normally.

Pelvic girdle injury: The mechanism and pain pattern suggest pelvic girdle injury.  Look for pink urine that would reflect kidney injury.  Pain that radiates to the lower leg would suggest lumbar disk injury.  Pelvic injury often has associated sciatica with radiation down the same side buttock and posterior thigh.

last year fell down stairs.  one of my front teeth went through my lip. had to get a crown. my other teeth nerves still fine.will they remain ok? ty

Probably: After a year you should be fine. But that's not a guarantee... I've seen teeth become non-vital ten years after being traumatized. Keep them clean and visit your dentist regularly.

The foot  problem may not be related to the fall but you need to see your  physician, get  an evalaution.

This can be a vascular  problem in the legs. Did the fall cause weakness?  Is there neurological injury?

Need more info: The coccyx is about 4 vertebrae at the end of the spinal cord. When you fell you may have fractured them or caused a dislocation. You need to see your family physician who may order an x-ray along with an orthopedic examination to help decide what is going on.
