"2 wk menstr cycle": There is no meaning in that statement, since a true "menstrual cycle" has to include the time from ovulation to the onset of a "period", and that is 14 days (two wks). There are about 12-14 days in a cycle prior to ovulation also, so most "cycles" are from 24-34 days apart.  Bleeding can occur every two weeks, but that is due to other conditions, and not a "menstrual cycle".

: You describe it as abnormal, this discharge is abnormal, pain is abnormal. You need to be seen by a Provider who can address this (Gyn, Family Practice, Gen Med).

Exam: Skin lesions need to be seen to get a better idea of what it looks like. If it only last a couple of hours it is going to be hard to time an in person visit. Yes, generally. : Very common. Also at the time of the cycle.  Breast tenderness is very responsive to hormonal changes. These occur at he time of ovulation with a spike up then down in estrogen and again at the menses with a significant nadir in the estrogen and Progesterone levels. This alone dan cause he symptoms you describe without any seriousc.

Hormonal imbalance: Menstrual irregularities are not uncommon and anovulatory cycle is a common cause. If you miss more than two periods it would be time to see your doctor. If you do not wish to be pregnant, use contraception all the time. You may consider implanted contraceptive or an IUD.

Be patient: For the first couple months after starting Depo Provera, (medroxyprogesterone) you may continue to have a light period, even breaking through at two weeks.   After time the lining of the uterus thins and bleeds less and less, resulting in very light or no periods.
