i shaved my pubic hair then a week later i developed some vesicles and  rashes which are itchy and burning. it's been 2 months now. what should i apply . thanks in advance?

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor, if you are sexually active the lesions may be a sexually transmitted infection like herpes.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine

Irritation: It seems that the razor has caused irritation on your skin.  If you had applied shaving cream on the area, an allergic contact reaction is another possibility.

Many differing dx: If you shave or use hair removers, these could certainly lead to an itchy, inflammatory process in the pubic area.  Contact dermatitis, or a sensitivity or allergy, could also do this.  Yeast infections from sweating are yet another possibility.  Then there are infectious, contagious processes like pubic lice and scabies that could be culprits.

SCISSOR/CLIPPERS/RAZ: If the pubic hair is longer than1/4 inch use a scissor or clipper to trim and than get in the shower and let pubic area soak and apply shaving cream/gel to one side of your pubic area and shave short strokes and rinse the razor often.Use a mirror to shave the lower area go down to in between your legs
repeat the other side of pubic region and let warm water run and you are done.

If it doesn't go away, an ingrown hair can become infected, permanently darken the skin, or leave behind a scar, especially if you've been scratching or picking at it. If an ingrown hair is bothering you or has become infected, your doctor can make a small cut in your skin with a sterile needle or scalpel to release it or prescribe medicine.

Possible scratch/cut: Due to the thin skin in that location, you could accidentally cut it while shaving or even the edge of a fingernail.  If the skin is dry, it can crack and look/feel like a cut also. Skin tends to itch once you start shaving unless you continue to keep shaving, so you have to either keep shaving or let the hair grow longer.

Use moisturizers: And defer shaving for a while. Avoid scented products. Vaseline, Lubriderm, Cetaphil, Jergens, Organic Coconut Oil, ------- any of theses should work.
