See your doctor: Could be a problem with skin, nerves, muscle, shoulder, lung, heart, or stomach. See your doctor for a more thorough history, physical exam and further evaluation. If you sleep on your stomach you could have a neck strain that radiates pain to the chest or arm. Get checked out just to make sure.

The : The combination of chest pain, left arm numbness and increased symptoms when you are more active seems to suggest a possible cause of your symptoms being related to your heart.  I think it would be reasonable to pursue testing which may be sensitive enough to pick up a subtle problem - perhaps a congenital abnormality of a coronary artery or a predisposition to a marked tachycardia (rapid heart rhythm).  A stress echocardiogram or a holter monitor might be of value.  I would recommend discussing this in person with your heart specialist or another cardiologist.

Lots of causes: There are many causes of chest pain.  It could be a strain of a muscle between the ribs, or pain from a rib joint is you have been more physically active lately.  It could be from inside your chest.  That could be due to heartburn, lung infections, chest infections, stomach pain.  If it continues then see the doctor for an answer.

Mononucleosis?: Has your doctor tested you for mono? Chest pain with right upper quadrant pain--- could indicate pneumonia of right lower lobe of lung ( can be a manifestation of mono).

: The pain is likely musculoskeletal in origin and should get better with continued strengthening of muscles through exercise.
For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs.

Not likely serious: You are young! it is not likely that you have anything serious or life threatening based on what you wrote. Nevertheless with those symptoms it would be a very good idea to see a doctor for a thorough history and exam! they can listen to your heart to check for murmurs. Note the  heart rhythm and rate. Check your blood pressure. Maybe do an ekg. Make sure your lungs are clear, etc.

Chest xray?: Did you have a chest x-ray?  It would make sense that among all the other tests you mentioned they would have done a chest xray to r/o a pneumothorax or a pneumonia.  It is possible this is reflux, so you can try some antacid like Tums (calcium carbonate) to see if it helps.  Another possiblility is costochondritis, an inflammation of the joints between the ribs and the breast bone.  Usually ibuprofen helps with that

Chest pain: Chest pain is a symptom which if continuous should be evaluated.  Often in young patients the cause is more benign.  It can often be precipitated by a previous virus and cause inflammation in the lining around the heart and usually  subsides but may require further evaluation in your case

M.D. visit: Chest pain is most often attributable to muscular and skeletal inflammation. A heating pad and advil (ibuprofen) usually help to relieve the symptoms. 
If you have a history of medical problems, including obesity, cardiac disease, diabetes for example, this will increase the likelihood that a cardiac or pulmonary problem is causing the pain. It is best to see your physician if the pain persists.
