No: Having sec during pregnancy shouldn't cause pain. Occasionally you will have some spotting or limited cramping. The main things to worry about are bleeding like your period or persistent cramping. If you have those symptoms you should see your doctor.

Round ligament pain: Between 18 and 24 weeks many people will have round ligament pain. It occurs due to stretching of the round ligaments as the uterus enlarges during pregnancy. Typically it is worse with walking upstairs, rolling over in bed or pushing your uterus from side to side. gentle walking will help. If you have unprovoked regular pain or any bleeding or loss of fluids, you should consult your doctor.

Minor to major cause: You need to see your doctor as soon as posible. When it come to prgnancy you have to be evaluated because minor symptoms can mean major problems.

i am 27 weeks pregnant and having pelvic pressure like baby is going to fall out.. should i call ob? a few weeks now i've been having pressure in my pelvis, even when i'm laying down and today i started getting a few lower back pains. i don't see my ob

Yes, : Yes, you should absolutely call your ob.  Some women do have more pressure, but it sounds like your pressure is extreme, and as you are also having back pain you need an immediate evaluation.  Please call your OB immediately.  Any symptom at this stage of pregnancy must be taken very seriously in order to avoid pre-term labor.

Preterm labor: Pressure at 18 weeks definitely requires an evaluation to rule out premature cervical dilatation or incompetent cervix.  Urinary tract infection may sometimes present with pressure either way you will need a medical evaluation asap. Please call your md or doctor and report your symptoms.

Many things: Common causes of pelvic pain/pressure are endometriosis, adhesions, fibroids, ovarian cysts, adenomyosis, and pelvic infections.  Pelvic pain can also be due to irritable bowel or bladder inflammation.  Cancer must also be considered.  See your doctor to sort out what is going on with you and to get the right treatment.

why would my dr. tell e i might need to get my tubes untied an get pregnant due to pelvic pain?

I don't know: Having your tubes untied isn't usually related to the improvement of your pelvic pain.
