Develop milestones: Six month olds  are generally sitting unsupported (briefly), holding a cup/bottle, rolling both directions, babbling including consonants, responding to emotions of others, passing objects from one hand to the other, searches briefly for objects, and brings objects to the mouth.  They should be sleeping all night and napping at least twice daily.

Try not to worry: Walking on the toes, is fairly common in children who beginning to walk. Most children outgrow it. Kids who continue toe walking beyond the toddler years may from habit. As long as your child is growing and developing normally, toe walking on its own is unlikely to be a cause of concern.
Yet, toe walking can be a sign of cp, md, autism or another generalized muscle/nerve disease but not alone.

don't worry. Every child will have a different eruption pattern. He may just be a late bloomer when it comes to this category.

And for the record, a late eruption pattern has nothing to do with his intelligence :-)

as long as he is healthy, everything should be just fine. Think of it this way.. Nothing you can do to make them erupt more quickly.

Any discrepancy in their schoolwork & perceived abilities can be evaluated using individual performance tests. The weschler intelligence scale for children and various achievement tests can be administered if needed.

Becoming a little pe: Most three year olds can run, climb, jump, pedal a tricycle, help dress and completely undress themselves, fedd themselves, speak in sentences and follow most directions. Most are toilet trained or able to be trained. They have a sense of humor and want to try to do most things by themselves before seeking extra help.

Infant development : Yes it's normal for infants to not recognize specific words. Sometimes the learn a word and forget it a few days or weeks. Repetition enhances the memory. As you as you noted  voice tone, facial expression also enhance language learning.

Should be safe: The only possible mitigating factor would be the closed environment in an aircraft and the potential exposure to large numbers of people, both aboard and in terminals.  Sometimes children of this age may have upper respiratory (particularly eustacian tube) congestion due to the changes in ambient atmospheric pressure aboard the planes as well. Buono furtuno.

No: Some children reach the milestones earlier while others may reach them later.  Try not to compare your child to others. Your pediatrician will do a developmental screening at each well child visit and will address your concerns. If your baby is significantly delayed, further evaluation may be needed.
