Yes, but: many laxatives your bowels get used to and when you stop them, everything shuts down. But laxatives stay in the gut and they dont influence the rest of the body taht much. FOr this reason there isnt much interaction with marijuana and vice versa.

Not sure: Rapid heart rate is not uncommon. Wonder if you are smoking pesticides that have been used on the cannabis. Only a twit would continue to use cannabis with these symptoms. You need to stop use of cannabis - listen to your body.

No: Weed will not give positive nicotine test result. Be sure that your employer will not be testing the sample for THC also.
For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Stopped "weed": That's good news.  The only way smoking would impact you is if you were around her when she is smoking and you inhale some of it.  If her behavior changed because of smoking it would impact you also.  Peace and good health.

Unclear question: Using weed is not a good idea, even worse while you are pregnant. If you have to take a drug test, weed can show up positive in urine for a few weeks after last use depending on amount used and fat content of the person using it.

See below: It is not the kissing or sex, but being exposed to secondhand smoke of weed that could result in your failing a test.

No way, dude!: Marijuana won't cause toxicity to the optic nerve unless it has been laced with something toxic. The floaters are in the vitreous jelly in the back of your eye. They are unrelated. Nutritional optic neuropathy is more common in alcoholics. Make sure you eat normally and take a multivitamin with folic acid and B12.In a state with a legal supply,  you don't have to worry about smoking tainted weed.

Weed and anxiety: Street weed you never know what you might get plus it's illegal.  Now if you are taking medicinal marijuana(in a state where it is legal) some strains are great for anxiety. MJ can also worsen and unveil underlying mental/psych issues.  Follow up and discuss this with your therapist or psychiatrist is recommended.
