Or he figured out it: Feels good, not necessarily in a sexual way. Baby boys find their "tub toys" pretty early. At 2-4, you can teach him that rubbing his penis is okay to do in private. As one of our male experts said, "don't worry, it's just a phase--that will last the rest of his life.".

Hydration: Make sure that she stays hydrated. If you notice that she is not making much urine, can't keep anything down (not even water), or is listless, give her doctor a call to figure out what do to next. Also call the doctor if she has any blood in her vomit or stools/diarrhea.

Increase fiber: Constipation and bloating can be caused by lack of fiber in the diet. Please decrease sugars and fats in diet, and increase foods with fiber, like beans and green leafy vegetables. Continue drinking lots of water.
