Signs that my one year old might have a stomach virus....what should i do if she has one?

Hydration: Make sure that she stays hydrated. If you notice that she is not making much urine, can't keep anything down (not even water), or is listless, give her doctor a call to figure out what do to next. Also call the doctor if she has any blood in her vomit or stools/diarrhea.
