Is everyday creamy cervical fluid after ovulation a pregnancy sign ?

No: Although I am not a ob/gyn i believe the presence of the fluid is not indicative of pregnancy but could be present for many other reasons including infectious causes. The best test of pregnancy in my opinion is a serum pregnancy test. My recommendation is to see a gyn for further evaluation of the discharge and to have a pregnancy test performed if indicated.
