Repeated vomiting
Repeated episodic vomiting is a symptom in which a person has nausea and vomiting for hours or days each episode, but seems fine in between episodes. Episodic (cyclic) vomiting has been seen in children, but can also happen at other ages. The cause is uncertain. Sometimes, twisting of the intestine can cause repeated vomiting that resembles episodic vomiting.
