Vomiting : Sounds like a very serious condition. Excessive vomiting could be a potential obstruction giving your age at age 8 you need to be evaluated for pyloric stenosis or a esophageal her small bowel structure or obstruction that's leading to vomiting. See a pediatric gastroenterologist now

Long time: This is a very long time to be vomiting all the time. You don't mention whether it's vomiting now and then for 4 months or if it's constant vomiting everything you (she?) eat.Many causes. Either way these are both very serious issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible with your doctor and then likely with a gastroenterologist and upper endoscopy,xrays,and small bowel follow through.
