Visual halos around lights

Strange visual symptoms. Over the last year, get halos around lights at night. What do they mean?

Does glare and rainbow halos is that caused by visual migraine?

Headaches, vision change, floaters, visual snow, halos, starburts and glare could all of these symptoms combined be brain related ?

From the past 2 days at night time driving home I am been see haloes around the lights on the street .Very weird, I am on plaquenil for my RA just little the a month ,maybe side effects????
