Seeing halos around lights, is this normal? what does it indicate?

Halos around lights: Can be caused by many different eye issues. This may be due to scratched glasses or a change in your glasses prescription. It could also be due to eye problems such as cataracts or other conditions which blur images when you try looking at them. You should see your eye doctor for further evaluation.

Cornea lens or meds: Halos around light could be a sign of an abnormal cornea, a lens opacity (cataract) or a side effect of medication such as digoxin (lanoxin). If it persists or gets worse then go to your eye md.
