Lupus rash
Lupus rash, also known as malar rash, is a red, purple, or blue, scaling rash on the cheeks and across the bridge of the nose giving the characteristic "butterfly" appearance. While commonly associated with Lupus, it can also occur in several "Lupus-Like" syndromes, often related to medications or other inflammatory conditions.
