Hopelessness

How do you treat depression to the point of no motivation and no feelings except total hopelessness?

For months now I've been feeling overwhelmed with Anger, Sadness & hopelessness and aches n pains . Lately I feel helpless and NO interest in ANYTHING?

Nightmares, not eating, sad, hopelessness, anger, confusion of why i feel this way. Never have before! used to be so happy. Why did this happen to me?
