Can I use IV saline solution for nasal irrigation ?

What is the most hygienic way to create a saline solution, for nasal irrigation purposes, for a 5 month old?

I've been using Flonase for a couple of weeks and every night I do a saline irrigation. The medication isn't really helping stop my post nasal drip fully. is the saline spray reducing the effectiveness? I know to builds up so should I stop saline?

Started budesonide (Pulmicort) respules / ampules in saline (.5mg/2mL respules in 8oz saline) as a nasal irrigation / neti pot solution. 7 days later I developed a boil on my hip. Is it possible that the boil was from budesonide immunosuppression?
