Nasal Irrigation: Greetings. We often will prescribe solutions for nasal/sinus irrigations that are usually directed at treating a specific bacteria determined by a prior intranasal/sinus culture. As a regular intranasal wash, I recommend NeilMed intranasal irrigation. You can even add up to 1 capful (or 1 TBSP) of Johnson's baby shampoo to the nasal wash. This has been suggested to help restore bio films.
