I was circumcised at infancy and due to chaffing the skin on the underside of my penis below the head is damaged and my circumcision line is now lower than it was before. Is there any way to make the circumcision line return to normal?

Now some say that the risk for cancer for those that had cryptorchidism is 2-5% if done at infancy. Others say before puberty and others before the age of 1, the risk isn't high. I'm confused. If done at infancy (don't remember year), should I worry?
