What do you use as an emollient for eczema if you have raw hands and a sensitivity to paraffin dip?

I am using an emollient cream with borax for my 4yrs old son with mild infantile eczema.Is it harmful if used regularly?

My lip forms a scales and these scales after about a week peels off and form another one and so on, for 6 mon I use lip palm and emollients help plz?
