Viral skin diseases

Diagnosed with post viral fatigue after 2 week fever unknown origin. Besides having days of extreme weekness I constantly feel hot, especially around the head/cheeks. Airconditioning/ice pack makes me feel better. Why do I feel hot like this?

Bacterial meningitis 2 yrs ago, but I believe Im having repeat viral episodes. Head/body aches, low fevers on regular basis. What specialist to see?
