Moisturizer: The skin will take its time to recover, but a moisturizer will help heal some of the dried skin sloughed off after the rash, use cerave over the counter.

Time: There are many different types of viral rashes, each with their own time frames for resolution. For the most part, there is nothing that will speed up their resolution, aside from your normal daily skin care.
