Rectal ulcer
A rectal ulcer is when you have a breakdown of the lining of rectum. Though there can be many causes the common ones include rectal prolapse, internal intersusseption, and neoplasm ( benign or malignant). Evaluation with possible biopsy by a colon and rectal surgeon or gastroenterologist is needed. Treatment depends on it's cause. Hope this helps.
