Moderate pelvic pain is a symptom where one feels pain below the belly button that is about a 4 to 5 on a scale from 0-10, with 10 being the most excruciating pain one has ever had. It that can be due to a variety of causes, including issues with the gut, bladder, and for females, organs such as the uterus and ovaries.
