In every "release": Sperm production is ongoing all the time from puberty, usually at its peak at about age 18. Sperm production then decreases very slowly till old age (>70 years). Ideally, best to ejaculate/climax every 2nd or 3rd when hoping for insemination. This produces optimum # of sperm per ejaculation. Hope this answers your ?.
