Life-ruiner: He can end up with a urethral stricture and never pee normally again, or scarring in the epididymis that can keep him in pain or unable to be a father. She can end up with scarring in the oviducts that may make pregnancy impossible or have the pregnancy occur in the wrong place. Please don't neglect treatment.
