I forgot to take the pill & had unprotected sex idnt think i was fertile or ovulating but my mom think i am ending up pregnant is it possible ?

Missed Birth Control: If you missed only 1 pill, things may be fine. If you missed more than 7 days of the active birth control pills, your ovary is now functioning and you may ovulate. Therefore, you can get pregnant.

MIssing the Pill: If you missed a pill you double up the next day. Your mom is correct. Missing a pill can very easily put you at risk for getting pregnant.

Don't know all the: Factors. In general, having sex with inconsistent use of birth control puts one at risk to become pregnant. Please take a home pregnancy test if you miss your period.
