If i had public lice of scabies, what sort of symptoms could i expect? would you have bites on hand and penis?

Itching: Scabies shows up as tiny bites but the "bugs" are too small to see. The bites can be anywhere on the body, including the back of the hand (not so much the palm) and the penis. With lice, you can see the tiny white bugs. They don't tend to produce visible bites. They are in the hair - scalp or pubic.
