Is applying menthol to scrotum for pain relief dangerous or safe? i have been doing it for 2 months since chronic epididymitis diagnosis.

It's safe: If you can stand it. My own hope is that you get your scrotal pain treated effectively -- if you've not gotten a good response after two months on the heavy-duty antibiotics you're taking, you should get with a competent urologist and perhaps seek another explanation, or a nerve block.
