Ovulation: It is very unlikely. Once the egg is ovulated there is not much time for sperm to get to the egg before it is too late. The most common times to get pregnant would be the five days leading up to ovulation.

Yes: Pregnanacy can occur at any time several days before and several days after suspected ovulation.. Unceratin what "pre ejaculation" is but any and all ejaculations are a risk for pregnanacy. Use the Plan B or emergency contraceptivwhen not sure. See your doc about birth control. Pregnanacy.

Anything is possible: You specified pre-ejaculation so i'm not sure if you're referring to "pre-cum" or just premature ejaculation. The former carries less sperm than the latter but regardless, all you need is one sperm. Sperm can survive 3-5d in female reproductive tract while women can sometimes release several eggs each of which survives 12-24hrs. So can you get pregnant 3d after ovulation? Yes but less likely.

It is possible: Pre-ejaculate usually has a much lower concentration of sperm than ejaculate (with some specific individuals having high amt of sperm in pre-ejaculate and many having no sperm in pre-ejaculate). Timing definitely allows for pregnancy to occur.
