ED: There is no specific test to differentiate the root cause of ed. Clearly, stress, performance anxiety, underlying depression, etc can lead to erectile issues. Young age, lack of concurrent medical problems(htn, diabetes, heart disease), depressive symptoms may make psychologic causes more likely. Pd5 inhibitors(viagra, etc) may be used for both problems and be quite effective. Talk to your doctor.

ED: There is an old fashion test called the stamp test....Old school....Put a series of stamps around the penis before you go to bed, in am if strip of stamps is broken you have psychogenic issue....Is not you have organic ed...It is all about having erections when you sleep, if you do the system works....If you don't then trouble..Lmorning erections also tell you possible mental issue.
