If you didn't: Vomit it back up, it will eventually pass and be absorbed. Plan b one-step ; similar morning after pills can reduce your risk of pregnancy by up to 95% if used within 24 hours of sex. According to planned parenthood when Plan B is taken 48 to 72 hours after intercourse the efficacy is 61%.
