Consider the reason: The vagina is actually a 'self-cleaning' organ, so actively washing should not be required. Along the same lines as douching, cleansing the vagina disrupts the normal flora and ph balance and can actually cause infection. Consider your purpose: if you are having discharge and odor, see your doctor. You may have an infection that needs to be treated.
