Depends: Were you prescribed the abortion pills by a clinic or doctor? If so, yes, you can take them at home. I'm assuming you were given Mifepristone and misoprostol. Doctors sometimes have different regimens as far as timing of these 2 medications. But you don't have to take them in the doctor's office, if that's your question.
