Anal sex: Can be bad for the prostate of the recipient as well as increase risk of infection and damage to the sphincter mechanism. I would, in general, discourage anal intercourse.

Absolutely, but if..: Absolutely if a man does not wear a condom. If a man uses a condom with lubricant, the chances becomes very small. Consider the source. Even oral sex can in some instances cause prostate infection.
