T level and Masturba: No, masturbation will not lower testosterone level. It is in fact high t levels that are responsible for the sex drive and urge to masturbate.

Likely unrelated...: While testosterone levels may actually go up during masturbation or after ejaculation, masturbation and sexual activity in general may have no significant effect on testosterone levels.

No: If anything, increased masturbation might raise testosterone but only negligibly. In fact, denying yourself this kind of release can lead to physical and mental health problems. 18 is very young to already be hypertensive and on CPAP and i'm guessing a test showed low testosterone. You are likely very overweight and it will never be easier for you than right now to start exercising & losing weight.

No: There is no consistent correlation between sexual activity, masturbation, or abstinence, and plasma testosterone levels – other than a study published previously in 'journal of zhejiang university that reported a one-day transient spike (46% above baseline) in testosterone following seven days of abstinence. I do not believe this observation has been duplicated or confirmed in any other study.
