Broken Condom: The only advice I have in this situation is to share this information with your sexual partner so that if there is any disease risk it can be assessed. Pretty good: The pull out is not a method. I call it baby roulette. When a condom is applied before any sexual contact starts, is the proper size, is never re-used, it is an effective method.
