Herpes: I do not believe there is a cure now. But, there is scientific studies working on both a pre-exposure and a post-exposure vaccine for herpes.

Possibly: Predicting research results is nearly impossible, but progress in understanding of viral infections and the development of therapy has reached an accelerated pace and hopefully this will be solved some day. Best wishes.
