Maybe: If the hernia was large & extended into the scrotum before the surgery, then scar can form temporarily. Or there can be temporary scrotal swelling after hernia surgery that could feel like scar tissue. See your surgeon for an exam.

Depends : It really depends on how deep the hernia went down. If the hernia sac went to scrotum then yes. U will have to speak with ur surgeon to c how deep the hernia sac went. If ur having symptoms, u need to b examined in person by ur surgeon and perhaps urologist.
