Will a penile implant make my penis larger?

Diminished Size: By the nature of how an implant works, there is expected to be a decrease in length, though not substantial. These implants are only used for creating a usable erection for patients unable to do so with medications or injections. Once you have an implant, you will forever require an implant. No more natural erections will occur.

No...: No. The best and biggest penis that a man can have in life is still the one he was born with. Penile implant is just the last resort of sexual rehabilitation after failing to conservative rx options such as lifestyle, oral or topical drug use, pump use, etc. So, penile implant makes men able to extend the experience of sex pleasure, but with a smaller, shorter penis than the original one.
