None: No chance of getting genital herpes from kissing someone on the mouth. However if one engages in oral sex then the herpes virus can be transmitted from the mouth to the genitals or vice versa. Genital herpes is usually herpes simplex type 2, but can also be type 1. Mouth/lip cold sores are usually herpes simplex type 1.
