After showering, i noticed like 3 bumps appearing on my inner thigh and another close to my vagina. now i have another one on the side of my thigh. how do i get rid of them and what are these bumps?

If these bumps are itchy they are hives from histamine released by the hot shower although the heat itself may be more of a cause. This is termed cholinergic urticaria. For one thing I recommend no real hot showers. You could try taking antihistamines, singular or even corticosteroids may be needed for relief or as a preventative. An allergist is best to consult for this problem.
