Discharge from trich: Copious foamy frothy watery discharge is typical in females but up to 40% may have no symptoms. Males typically are aysmptomatic with only 20% having symptoms.

Discharge: A trichomonas vaginalis parasitic infection can lead to large amounts of thin, white to greenish-yellow, malodorous vaginal discharge (which is sometimes frothy) in women. In men discharge is minimal ; is whitish or transparent. Please be aware that there are often no obvious symptoms with trichomoniasis.
