Kissing disease: You can transmit the kissing disease better known as mononucleosis. You can also trasmit HIV only if both partners have cuts in their mouth and there is exchange of blood or infected fluids from bleeding gums or sores. Closed mouth kissing is fine.

Here's the list: Epstein-barr and cytomegalovirus -- famously transferred by kissing. Herpes simplex i -- yes. Gonorrhea and syphilis -- probably not. Hiv -- no.
