No, but...: Not unless you masturbate so often you forget to have normal sexual intercourse with a fertile partner. It also doesn't cause blindness, decrease in testosterone etc. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet. If masturbation at age 16 caused infertility, almost all adult males would be infertile.
