I hope not: Unless, you traumatized your stomach seriously during the intercourse, i would think, your soreness will resolve quickly over time.

Depth of penetration: This position allows for deeper penile penetration than others. If thrusting was vigorous, this may be why you are experiencing abdominal discomfort. Take care.
