See previous answer: There is no reason to ask this over and over and over. The previous answers have come from experts in this field. There is no reason to be worrying about this from any medical perspective. Once one has swallowed the saliva in their mouth there is little to even think about let alone obsess about. There is no disease or concern or pregnancy issue here.

A 18-year-old male asked:

Since the mouth is warm and moist, couldn't sperm live in it? And for how long could it live in the mouth?

Yes: Sperm can live in the reproductive tract for up to 72 hours, but cannot live that long in the mouth as the ph (acidity/alkalinity) of the mouth is very different from the vagina, in addition there are enzymes in the mouth that will break down. Of course, you likely know that that stomach has an acidity of around 1, so sperm would definitely perish in that environment.
