Could be several thi: The liquid could possibly be a drip from your sinus, but it can be your saliva which is also body temperature warm Possibly infection but that would probably be bitter

Next time: Next time this happens don't swallow the liquid. Spit it out into a clean small jar with a tight lid that you have placed on your night stand. Take it immediately to an Oral Surgeon for transport to a lab for analysis.
